Roping Futurities of America was founded on the principle to ensure the prosperous future of rope horse trainers, owners and competitors; as well as promoting breeding of the next generation of rope horses.

Our inaugural event was hosted February 1-5, 2022 at Taylor Telecom Arena in Abilene, Texas. After it's resounding success, paying out over $800,000, the second annual Roping Futurity Of America was quickly set in motion.

RFA is comprised of 3 main events - ladies breakaway roping, tie-down roping and team roping. Our event features the first ever Slot Futurity Ropings; including the 4-year-old futurity for breakaway, tie-down roping and heading & heeling horses, as well as a futurity and derby team roping.
